The spacious rooms and bathrooms were a plus, perfect for a comfortable stay. the hotel's location near Lake Taihu offered beautiful views and the surrounding trails were great for a morning jog. the amenities like the billiard tables, ping pong room, and tennis courts provided plenty of entertainment options in the evening.
The air conditioning in the rooms had issues, as it would turn off during the night and make it uncomfortable to sleep. the internet connection was unreliable and not suitable for VPN usage.

The hotel staff's language skills and customer service could be improved.

Nice location by the lake and good amenities. Comfortable and clean rooms with spacious balconies. The breakfast had a decent selection of food and the staff was helpful.
Difficult to communicate with the staff due to poor English skills. No instructions in English for most of the room amenities.

Close to Moon Bay and G50 highway. Huge breakfast selection. Nice view of the lake. Comfortable and spacious room. Nice indoor pool. Close to sightseeing boardwalk.
